HR Business Partner / HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- As an HR Business Partner (m/f/d), you will advise employees and managers on all aspects of HR work. In doing so, you will coordinate closely with your colleagues (m/f/d) in HR Services, the HR Business Partners and HR management.
- You will manage recruiting projects, develop HR tools and take on project responsibility and support a clearly defined area of work in dealing with HR issues on a daily basis.
- In your area, you will be the contact person for all HR processes along the employee life cycle.
- You will support the global operations function, including the 2 factories in Coesfeld, Germany and Güssing, Austria
- Together with various contacts within the company, with external partners and HR colleagues in the Group, you will develop ideas, pick up on meaningful trends and thus contribute to the further development of our Parador learning and working culture.
- Operationally, you will manage the various processes in your area and specialize according to departmental needs and your interests and strengths.
- You use our digital and analog resources, the networks, the wealth of experience and the know-how of the various specialist departments and partners, who in turn advise you on the implementation of projects and HR processes.
- Together with your HR colleagues (m/f/d), you will implement strategic HR initiatives, ensure compliance with internal and Group-wide standards and thus continuously and sustainably improve HR work.
Your profil
- You have successfully completed a degree relevant to the position or comparable training related to HR work, labor law or psychology.
- You have relevant professional experience, e.g. as a personnel officer / HR Business Partner (m/f/d), preferably within a production environment.
- In the role of HR Business Partner, you value meeting and interacting with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and backgrounds.
- Ideally, you have experience of working with works council committees, drafting works agreements and drawing up employment contracts.
- You are interested in topics such as the organization of working hours, the application of collective agreements or occupational health and safety in the workplace.
- Customer orientation and optimal processes geared towards this are important to you in order to manage your area efficiently, to be close to the action at all times and to act effectively.
- You are characterized by a high level of social competence, a confident and confident manner and confident communication in German and English.
- You like to work conceptually, think ahead and drive project ideas forward consistently and independently.
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy working in a team and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
